Brief career history:

I retired from Procter & Gamble in 2015 as a Research Fellow (Band 4) after nearly 40 years.

My P&G career started in 1976, straight out of college, as a chemist in the Paper Analytical labs.  After 5 years I moved to Product Development, designing new to the world products and services.  I hold 27 patents/pending patents.  Over the years I focused increasingly on Products Research and Innovation/Brand Strategy.  I specialize in gathering deep consumer insights and translating those into products, services, concepts and product/brand/marketing strategies and pipelines.  I have done research in 30 countries on 6 continents on topics including Feminine Care, Baby Care, Household Cleaning, Indoor Air, Sustainability, Personalization/Customization, Laundry, Hair Care, Beverages, Prescription and OTC Drugs, Personal Power, Non-Profits, Financial Services, City Tours and Kids Personal Care.
